RFP for 2024 Printing Services

The City of Falcon Heights is seeking proposals from vendors who are interested in providing cost-effective and quality services for the City’s 2024 Printing Services to provide newsletter/postcard printing. The print vendor must be located in close proximity to City Hall to provide timely printing services. Proposals must include all items specified in the RFP.

Question: 

I would love to bid on this but cannot fulfill the 100% post consumer waste requirement, please advise if this requirement changes?

Answer:

While the bid requirement cannot be changed a this time, a bid with a different kind of paper would be consindered.

What is the page count and folded size for each bid? 

Answer:

Page count for bid 1 - around 20 pages. Folded size - 8.5 x 11

Page count for bid 2 - up to 20 pages. Folded size - 11 x 17
