Public hearings give the public opportunities to provide input on specific proposals, projects, and events happening in the City. Hearings are held before either the City Council or the Planning Commission, typically during their scheduled meeting. To verify meeting dates, visit the City Calendar.

Notices will be posted below as they are scheduled. By law, notices must be published at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing. In addition to posting online, the City publishes all public notices in the St. Paul Pioneer Press, the official newspaper for the City's legal notices.

Some public hearings may be noticed as a virtual public hearing. If you would like to participate in a virtual public hearing or provide written comment in advance, visit our page on Virtual Meetings to learn how you can provide input.
