• Decks/porches/patios
• Insulation
• Draintile
• Fire alarm or sprinkler system
• Solar PV system

The following projects require a zoning permit:

• Fences
• Driveway alterations
• Signs

You don't need a permit for:

• Painting
• New kitchen cabinets
• Carpeting
• Hardwood floors
• Landscaping
